蘇揆大開口 喊價5G補國庫

5G頻譜預定今年底展開競標，據傳NCC（國家通訊傳播委員會）預估的底價為150億元，行政院長蘇貞昌卻要求將目標提升到400億元，貢獻國庫，NCC官員也證實，NCC預估的底標價，和行政院期望進帳的金額「差很大」，超過一倍，對此也相當無奈。
目標翻倍 3.5GHz主戰場
根據韓國去年6月的5G頻譜拍賣經驗，3.5GHz總共釋出280MHz，底價2.65兆韓元（約700億新台幣），最後3家電信業者各標到100MHz、100MHz、80MHz，總共拍賣約新台幣800億元，並沒有「翻倍」，且事實上，每人每MHz的費用僅5.86元，比4G的10.7元砍了近一半。專家也認為，4G每10MHz可服務400萬用戶，5G可服務客戶至少增加20倍，標金可能不會如行政院預期「樂觀」。
據NCC《行動寬頻業務管理規則》修正草案，年底競標分為兩部分，3.5GHz頻段釋出270MHz，共27塊標的，將是「兵家必爭之地」；28GHz頻段釋出2500MHz頻寬，共25塊標的，以及前次4G第三波釋照未釋出的1800MHz頻段20MHz頻寬，為1塊標的，總共將有53塊標的可競標。
憂三雄夾殺 壓縮小業者
行政院最快將在15日定案5G總標金貢獻國庫目標，據悉，NCC送行政院的競標底價為150億元，外傳財政單位將總標金目標翻了一倍多，蘇貞昌再「獅子大開口」，拉高到400億元。對此，NCC官員只能無奈表示「會盡力達成」。
