螢幕出現藍白畫面後當機 - 電腦

最近電腦出了點不小的問題，

小弟對電腦並不在行，所以來板上請教各位。

常常會莫名的出現以下藍白畫面後當機；

由於第一次發生此種狀況時，硬碟有傳出讀取的陣陣聲響，硬碟燈會一直亮著，

接著發現畫面上的滑鼠游標就會lag， 到達相當時間後便會發現呈現當機狀態，

接著出現上述之藍白畫面。該藍白畫面出現不久後便會自動跳到BIOS畫面..

想請教的是，是記憶體的問題嗎？還是硬碟快掛掉了？

抑或是其他硬體或作業系統、軟體方面出了狀況？
