複製桌面可否設不同解析度? - 螢幕

前天趁特價買了看似很划算的dell u2412m，
剛剛入手裝機測了一下，發現一個大問題，
因為我電腦除了用dvi接u2412m之外，還接了一條hdmi到我的電視(benq sh4242)上，
但這兩台螢幕一台是16:10(解析度1920X1200)，一台是16:9(解析度1920X1080)，
如果要複製桌面的話，dell u2412m的解析度則會被降成1920x1080，
而sh4242的電腦畫面則會留下黑框，無法填滿螢幕，
請問是否有辦法設定讓兩台螢幕各自顯示其適合的解析度呢?
(以各自最漂亮的方式顯示，並且滿框)
或是有其它方式可解決嗎?
請指教，謝謝。
P.s:
此題無解的話我可能得慎重考慮是不是有必要買這台u2412m了，
畢竟貪圖16:10多出來那一小截顯示範圍而犧牲原本的使用習慣似乎不太對啊 冏rz
