要換顯卡，但是怕主機板不資源 - 顯卡

最近想買顯卡，已經看中1060 6G版
但是電腦是華碩套裝機，GOOGLE一下發現換卡好像有不能用的情況
我的主機板型號是：MS-7869 VER1.0 (主機板內看到的型號)
CUP-Z上顯示型號是：Aspire XC-605
想請問各位大大，這張主機板換1060合適嗎？ 如果不合適，推薦哪張呢？
另外想追問，1060除了插座外，需要外接一個8pin電源線，這是直接從電源供應器接上嗎？
還有，也想換500瓦供應器，我的主機板可是適用市面上通常任一款500瓦供應器嗎？
