發生問題頻率：很常

是否有做Windows Update：都有

問題內容：

自從更新年度更新以後
玩遊戲經常會跳出記憶體不足，同時有開監控軟體跟工作管理員
大約只吃了10GB左右，

然後電腦會不定時的凍結一兩秒，請問該如何解決？

然後檢查看看有沒有磁碟錯誤，SSD還蠻容易有這問題的。
（我覺得10G好多喔，我連8G都沒QQ）
