apache22怎麼重新啟動

我執行 # /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart
出現 /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd: Command not found.


執行 # service httpd restart
出現 service: Command not found.

請問是怎麼一回事，該怎麼啟動

請教各位一下，我新增一個帳號sad 然後用ftp登入的位置是/home/sad 在這個地方可以上傳檔案 不過我網頁是放在/var/www的地方 用sad帳號上傳都會出錯 請問如何新增一個可以上傳到每個地方的帳號 就是用ftp上傳到各位置都可以，不是只限於/home/sad ...
