請問backup and sync的問題 - Google

想請問一下各位高手，
最近把電腦恢復原廠設定，
因為想把照片備份到google photo，
所以安裝google最新的backup and sync程式，
但安裝完執行時，都會出現「Traceback(most recent call last)」的錯誤訊息，
導致無法順利執行，
