請問debian的升級？ - Linux

小弟日前在nas01g上執行debian的升級
(為了要裝rtorrent…)
但是試了以下的載點都沒有辦法順利的執行
爬文看到之前有大大提到各校的ftp都連不上
不知道現在有沒有可以用的載點能執行更新的
