請問R5 3600X跑分特低是怎麼回事? - 3C

最近在板上問了菜單以後組了一台電腦
昨天電腦來了，灌好系統跟驅動以後
總覺得哪裡怪怪的，操作起來就不是很順的感覺
後來安裝全境封鎖2想說來測試看看顯卡
結果效能都開中而已 但是蠻頓的
期間CPU使用率快80%、GPU使用率才20%左右
感覺顯卡好像沒甚麼在出力?
剛剛去下載了CPU-Z跑了一下裡面的分數
結果....
單處理器執行緒分數:88
多重處理器執行緒分數:783
跑了好幾次大概都這個分數.....
我看網路上的測試比較圖 3600X 不是應該跑到分別 500跟4000 嗎...
那我這個是甚麼情況
對電腦也不是很熟
懇請大大幫小弟解惑
菜單如下
CPU:R5 3600X
主機板:技嘉 X570 aorus elite wifi
記憶體:8G*2
顯示卡:技嘉 RX 5700 GAMING OC 8G
電供:Be quiet! pure power 11 600W
