請問RS空間 - 免空

請問RS空間最近是不是都不太好上傳檔案上去呀??

我用上傳工具上傳，結果都會顯示失敗
用WWW上傳也不成功...>"<

PS.最近好用的穩定的空間真的越來越少了
以前YSI雖然存活時間短但還算不錯用
現在....唉...>"<
