請問thumbcache檔案 - Windows

請問在Appdata>local>microsoft>windows>explorer資料夾中

有好多thumbcache_XXX檔案和iconcache_XXX檔案

有的大到幾百MB

這是什麼檔案呢？我可以刪除他們嗎？
