請問Ubuntu的模組黑名單問題 - Linux

請問Ubuntu的模組黑名單是/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist嗎？
我將8139cp加入其中，可是都沒效果

我開機總是會有下述狀況：
[ 23.180166] 8139cp: 10/100 PCI Ethernet driver v1.3 (Mar 22, 2004)
[ 23.349177] 8139cp 0000:02:04.0: This (id 10ec:8139 rev 10) is not an
8139C+ compatible chip
[ 23.349235] 8139cp 0000:02:04.0: Try the "8139too" driver instead.
[ 23.425342] 8139too Fast Ethernet driver 0.9.28

它上面顯示著8139cp會被8139too取代，每次開機都會在這邊停很久很討厭
想將8139cp加入黑名單不要載入，可是加入到上述位址卻沒效果
請問這是怎麼回事呢？

或者說這是正常的？
