請問各位iMac死當都怎麼處理？ - MAC

我最近大概兩天就死當一次(買了快一年 最近升級為Big Sur系統才遇到

以前我都覺得iMac的好處就是很穩定，我MBA跟MBP用了好幾年也幾乎沒當過

死當的時機基本上都是我開虛擬機在玩Windows遊戲的時候(Parallels Desktop)

CPU溫度差不多60多度

死當的方式是畫面滑鼠可以動，但點什麼都沒反應

等了大概2-3分鐘 畫面全暗，之後畫面中機會跳一個訊息

按任意鍵重開電腦

因為現在疫情的關係，也不太可能把iMac抱去Apple送修

不知道有沒有遇過像我一樣的狀況？

不知道有沒有自已能做的排除故障方式？還是說只能打給技術支援？
