請問有關useradd的指令問題 - Linux

我想請問各位，useradd這個指令只能讓root去執行嗎?

能不能把這個權力交給群組管理員之類的？

奮鬥了好久終於我家從播接時代進化到3G上網時代了 用中華電信的E161 不過美中不足的是 它常會在umts和hsdpa中跳來跳去 有什麼方法可以固定在hsdpa的訊號啊? 在我家這兩者的訊號強度差不多... 當然2G都是滿格啦...不過沒人想用吧... NM只能固定3G或2G.無法更細分了嗎? ...
