請問關於WordPress的兩個問題 - 部落格

最近自己架了個blog，有兩個問題想要請教眾高手們 m(_._)m

1.

我已經在管理介面 Option -> Discussion 中的

E-mail me whenever:
Anyone posts a comment
A comment is held for moderation

這兩個選項都打了勾，在 Users 中的 E-mail 也填好了，為何我始終沒收到任何一
封信呢 QQ

2.

我發現我的 comment 會有「行數限制」，也就是說如果comment超過特定的行數，
後面的內容會不見，請問這可能是什麼問題呢？(我沒有掛任何有關comment的plug-in)

軟體各版本是：
Apache 2.0.59
PHP 4.4.4
MySQL 4.1
WordPress 2.0.4
