讀不到DVD光碟片裡的資料 - Windows

作業系統：Windows 7

Service Pack：1

發生問題頻率：

是否有做Windows Update：有

問題內容：

系統無法讀取DVD光碟片裡的資料
整片光碟只有出現一個 README 檔案，README 檔案內容是

This disc contains a "UDF" file system and requires an operating system
that supports the ISO-13346 "UDF" file system specification.

但光碟片確定是好的，拿到別台電腦都可以正常讀取
請問各位大大這種情況該如何解決
