車禍敲到，要求償但拿不到估價單 - MAC

我前陣子和人車禍，
基本上人沒事，不過車要修半台
重點是身上四月買的 mbpr 15 敲到上蓋角角
是不影響使用
但是外觀就有差了
最近事情告一段落然後準備跟對方求償
因為想說應該要拿的出單據
我就在 fb 上面問了 dr.a 對方建議我去他們門市問問
去了之後告知說 dr.a 維修會破保 建議去 studio a
然後我又去了 studio a
他們說這個要留機幾天，給原廠審核通過才知道價格
感覺就是原本去要估價單結果變成要走維修流程一樣
而且這台是工作機
沒辦法留那麼久
我正在考慮去寫信問原廠這件事情
不然我手上沒有維修單據感覺就不太能去求償
不知有沒有人有過這種經驗，或是知道哪裡能夠開估價單呢orz
