重灌成XP - Windows

請問各位

我是從學校網路下載WIN XP 的重灌程式

但我開啟的時候

出現一個DOS視窗

上面寫 "Program too big to fit In the memory"

然後閃一下就消失了

請問我該如何解決呢

我現在想重灌XP說 ~
