開4K玩刺客與孤島之配備 - 顯卡

各位大大好，弱渣小弟來請教關於跑4K的問題。
朋友在中國為了想用4K解析度玩刺客與孤島，當地跟店員講了需求之後就配了一台。
但是搭配4K螢幕後，解析度最大只能開到3580，而且玩遊戲還會卡。
想知道要什麼樣的規格才可以順順的跑4K遊戲呢。
以下是當初電腦所配的規格，不知道是否哪邊還能有改善的空間，感謝。

(小弟不懂弱弱再問一下，什麼駭客神條烈焰戰神酷冷至尊，是中國獨有的命名嗎？)
