開機出現dbus system service錯誤 - Linux

我的Fedora 5是用來架設網頁伺服器的....
在一次跳電後....再開機後出現...

this program cannot start until you start the dbus system service.
it is strongly recommended you reboot your compter after starting messagebus

這個錯誤訊息...然後也突然不能上網了....電源跟上網怎麼會有關呢?
請問各位要怎麼開啟dbus system service呢?
我在桌面=>管理=>服務 裡面沒有看到耶....
在/etc/init.d/ 裡面也沒看到....>.<
