開機出現藍底白字 - Windows

小弟的作業系統是XP

電腦幾天沒開

在開機後電腦出現了藍底白字

RAM有拔出來重插過

有執行過一次Chkdsk /F 如下：

好像沒有顯示出什麼東西

重開機後還是一樣跳出上面的畫面

想請問各位大大 小弟應該要怎麼處理這個情況？
