Anandtech評測驍龍888和Exynos 2100,基於雙版Galaxy S21 Ultra,信息量巨大,這裡
搬運一些重點:
兩者CPU架構完全相同且使用了相同的三星5LPE製程,三星宣稱,5LPE比7LPP功率下降20%
,性能提升10%,芯片面積節省接近20%。Anandtech表示,去年的驍龍765和Exynos 990的
A76內核功耗表現類似,落後台積電A76大約20%~30%,這意味著新的5LPE能趕上台積電7nm
的水平。他們用了SPEC2006中456.hmmer測試來印證這一點,驍龍888和驍龍865的A55小核
(核心相同、頻率相同)功耗非常接近。
相比上代的Exynos 990的A55和A76,Exynos 2100的A55和A78需要的電壓都更低。A78和X1
的電壓則很接近。Exynos 2100的X1有獨立的電壓檔位和電源管理調節,而驍龍888的X1和
A78則是共享的關係,從理論上講在更複雜的混合線程負載中,2100有可能獲得比888更高
的電源效率。
兩者的緩存和延遲表現有很大不同,驍龍888的X1有1M的L2緩存,小核A55有128K,而
Exynos 2100的X1和A78一樣都是512K,A55則只有64K,888的X1延遲表現也要比2100好不
少。
Anandtech也表示,Exynos 2100大核在跑SPEC的時候非常容易降頻,大家都吹風扇下,頻
率比驍龍888低得多,就算是上冰箱,部分測試的頻率也比風扇下的888低……
SPEC2006的匯總,驍龍888和Exynos 2100的X1性能排在Android前兩名,不過功耗也比較
高,浮點運算均超過了4W,和上一代的小火爐Exynos 990接近。其中2100功耗比888還要
高一些。2100的A78因為頻率太高了,問鼎Android最強中核,甚至浮點性能比Kirin 9000
的大核還強。當然了,頻率這麼高,功耗也不怎麼好看。
在最低亮度下跑PCMark,120Hz刷新率,2100算性能的話3勝2負,但是所有測試中功耗都
比888更高。PCMark續航測試,888版相比865的S20 Ultra有進步,但是2100的續航還不如
990的S20 Ultra。

(接上條)接下來是大家比較關心的GPU部分,Anandtech直接小標題就是「Very, Very
Hot」
Basemark GPU,峰值性能兩者算是Android前兩名,但是算上發熱性能就崩了,888版還不
如865+的Note20 Ultra,2100更慘,已經和P40 Pro、Mate 30 Pro一個水平了。
喜聞樂見的GFXBench,Aztec Ruins High,同樣很慘,888甚至不如iPhone 11,2100低於
XS Max。
算功率的話,888峰值8.1W,2100也有7.69W,能效半斤八兩,倒數的水平。不過發熱降頻
後888的還湊合,能效介於A13發熱和A14峰值之間。而2100發熱後大約是天璣1000L的能效
水平。這裡有個亮點,省電模式的Kirin 9000,排到總榜第二
Aztec Ruins Normal,情況接近不詳細說了。這個測試888和2100峰值都破了8W。
曼哈頓3.1,發熱888在這個場景能效能排到第二,發熱2100則介於天璣1000L和發熱下
Kirin 9000之間。
最後兩張是霸王龍場景。
Anandtech總結,新的SoC表現都太糟糕了,就像複製蘋果的去掉耳機孔以及附送充電器一
樣,這次Android的SoC也複製了蘋果SoC最糟糕的特性,那就是極高的GPU峰值功率……說
這幾顆SoC就像在比賽誰才是最熱的GPU一樣……
驍龍888的840MHz的GPU顯得很荒謬,測出來平均功率11W,這個狀態維持時間只有幾秒,
然後會降低至8-9W功耗的738MHz~778MHz,持續性能方面,S21 Ultra相對於S20 Ultra優
勢為5%~20%,遠低於高通吹牛逼的35%,跟865+的Note20 Ultra相比,這個優勢要進一步
縮小。
他們詢問高通關於這些高功率和峰值性能的合理性,高通表示說是為了能承受更大功率的
遊戲手機以及一些散熱性能更強的設備而準備的……小米11在性能上會比S21 Ultra更激
進,但是設備溫度也更高。而遊戲手機在物理設計上沒有什麼區別,無法真正承受高熱量
。
而2100號稱提升40%的性能相對來說比較靠譜,因為相比990來說已經是大幅進步了。但是
峰值方面數據也很難看。雖然提升很大,但是Exynos 2100的S21 Ultra遊戲性能不如驍龍
的S21U、S20U以及Note20U。
Kirin 9000比Exynos 2100多了10個核心,在省電模式下會限制GPU頻率,相比發熱下的
2100不管是性能還是功耗都有優勢,這是因為更多的GPU核心以及台積電5nm的功勞。
2100開了省電模式並沒有像華為這樣控制頻率,對於功耗和效率沒有什麼幫助。
