關於Seagate硬碟保固年限(1or2or3年)查詢 - 3C

最近一顆 Seagate 3T (ST3000DM001) 的硬碟 有時讀得到，有時讀不到疑似掛點，
硬碟購買日期是102年4月23日 (原XX購買)，當時的保固年限不像現在都三年。
Q1：如果保固是2年則過期，3年則還在保固期內，
不知道是否有方式可以查詢保固年限(1年保/2年保/3年保)?
Q2:另外 我有上Seagate官網查詢 保固期已過，但是...
官網的保固起算日期是100年11月15日(我102年4月23日購買...有點無言)
假設我當時購買的硬碟是保固3年的，以消費者權益來說，我應該還在保固期內，
但是官網已經過期了，這樣我拿去原XX還可換新品嗎?
