關於檔案大小限制 - Google

因為工作的緣故，想使用雲端硬碟讓電腦裡的excel檔和手機裡的同步，
且即便人在外面也可以即時編輯更改excel檔數據。

然而剛剛嘗試上傳excel檔並將上載設定中
「將上載檔案轉換成Google文件格式」勾選，

卻跑出下列訊息：

This document has reached the 400,000 cell per spreadsheet limit. Create a
new spreadsheet to continue working, as you may not be able to add any more
rows or columns. For more information on size and complexity limits in Google
spreadsheets, visit the <a target=_blank
href=http://docs.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=37603&hl=en_US>Google
Docs Help Center.</a>

進一步點選看到限制：

儲存格數量：所有工作表總共 40 萬個儲存格
欄數：每張工作表 256 欄
公式數量：容許 4 萬個儲存格含有公式
標籤數量：每個工作簿 200 張工作表
GoogleFinance 公式：1,000 個GoogleFinance 公式
ImportRange 公式：50 個參照不同工作簿的公式
ImportData, ImportHtml, ImportFeed, or ImportXml formulas：
50 個50 個外部資料函式
複雜度：VLOOKUP 和 HLOOKUP 公式比其他的函式更複雜，可能會讓您的試算表速度變慢
。透過 VLOOKUP 和 HLOOKUP 取得資料點後，請試著將取得的資料點改為「僅貼上值」

但我的excel檔並沒有這麼大呀，5mb多而已，加上上面的限制也無超過的樣子
大致上有9個sheets然後每個sheet最多最多是1000cell...
請問是限制哪邊我沒有看清楚呢，還是哪裡有問題，
