電腦出現Verifying DMI Pool Data - 電腦

我的電腦自己不知怎麼地重新開機 , (有時會這樣 好像會自動Update) ,
後來當機了 , 我要手動重新啟動發現無法開機 , 出現了以下字 :
Verifying DMI Pool Data ............
A disk read error occurred
Press Ctrl + Alt + Del to restart .
請問這是什麼意思?
( 我按了Ctrl + Alt + Del 重開機但還是一樣 . . .)
在進入上面那三行字之前的畫面最下方有出現這行字然後才自動跳掉
Press Ctrl + Alt + Esc to enter setup .
這樣按 Ctrl + Alt + Esc 會怎樣 ?
重複開機中
好像還曾經出現Warning! desk has been changed. 這行字
是我的硬碟出問題嗎~我很重要的報告還在裡面啊...> <
請高手幫忙吧 ~ 現在在學校上網 = ="
