需要UPS嗎：主機一插電，房間電壓就不穩 - 3C

狀況：
昨天組好一台新電腦，但出現了點問題
主機插上電源後，燈光會閃一下，後續沒有異狀正常使用。
房間用電是
插座A，接一條PHILIPS防突波1440焦耳的延長線，上面插了
200～250W（主機，PSU是350W聖武士）
50W（螢幕）
35W（喇叭）
20W（檯燈）
70W（電風扇）
30W（充電器等小東西）
插座B，70W+70W（電風扇*2）
問題：
1.這樣是不是代表電壓不穩，會讓電器尤其主機＆螢幕容易損壞嘛？
2.預算關係，目前只夠買在線互動式UPS，我的情況下有用嘛？還是說完全沒用，要用在
線式UPS？
3.另外，台電供電不穩，斷電復電的突波，在線互動式UPS有用嘛？
4.若有推薦產品也歡迎推薦
