需要一種「共筆」系統 - Google

我有一份工作，要五個人共同完成文件的一部份
但是文件沒辦法分的很仔細說「第一段是A負責，第二段是B負責」
因為有可能B看到第一段有錯字幫A改
所以絕對不可能說文章丟給五個人，改好之後下禮拜來彙整，因為絕對會改到吐血
（以上述狀況為例，也許B幫A改了某個錯字，但說不定A把該段整個改寫了）
所以想到「共筆」這個WIKI的觀念
但
現在的wiki系統都有他的語法，例如media wiki，有他自己的語法
而我面對的五個人都只會Office的東西
所以我想到「Google文件」這種東西，Google文件有文件、試算表之類的
請問他是否有「共同編輯」的功能？那假如同時間這麼巧的兩個人一起來編輯
Google文件有沒有類似文件鎖定的功能？
