韓國首爾中央法院判決
三星侵犯蘋果1項技術專利，必須賠償2500萬韓元（2萬2000美元）
該專利為反彈技術專利──借助該專利，用戶可以將圖片、網頁或文檔拖動至邊緣以外，
但系統隨後會通過反彈效果自動將內容歸位。
此外三星被禁售高達十項產品
包含 Galaxy S II、Galaxy Nexus、Galaxy Tab、Galaxy Tab 10.1
