風扇選Arctic還是Toughfan？ - 3C

嗨～抱歉請問各位先進。若要兼顧靜音與散熱，但不想花錢上貓（用了A14的塔散，對聲音
與CP值不是很滿意）下列風扇較推哪個？想換掉機殼上3pin的 pure wing 2
1. Arctic F14 silent (網路找不到此影片，無PWM有點扣分，打算用在排氣）
2. Arctic P14 PWM(yt影片有低音的嗡嗡聲比貓跟toughfan吵一點點，但便宜多）
3.Arctic p14 silent （找不到影片，蝦皮也不好找，不確定有無PWM版)
4.ToughFan 14 （有版友的心得與12 mm的影片，感覺不錯，就價格不太能接受）

題外話，買不到3080 跑不了模型好痛苦啊 都限組QQ
