70°C就會讓人覺得焦慮了,但在Ryzen 5000處理器上,這個觀念可能要改改了。

根據AMD官方的訊息,TDP 105W的處理器在使用官方散熱器的時候溫度可以承受的90°C,
65W TDP的處理器則可以達到95°C。
90多度的溫度會不會太高了?AMD技術銷售總監Robert Hallock隨後解釋了這個問題,在
Zen3處理器上,大家要改變對散熱溫度“好“以及“不好”的認知了,Ryzen 5000處理器
的90°C(Ryzen 9 5950X/5900X、Ryzen 7 5800X)、95°C(Ryzen 5 5600X)是針對滿
載條件而設計的,晶片和韌體能夠支援更高的溫度,允許CPU在算法降頻之前追求更高及
更長時間的升壓性能。
這話說的繞口,簡單來說就是大家不要看到Ryzen 5000處理器溫度達到90°C多就覺得是
散熱不行或者AMD有毛病,這代處理器就是這樣設計的,確保在高溫下依然能不會很快降
頻,保證高負載下的性能。Robert Hallock表示只有Ryzen 5000處理器才能做到這個水平
,Zen2及友商的產品都不行。
這意味著它們溫度一旦高了就會很快降頻,這實際上會影響CPU性能,三秒真男人的說法
