grub問題 - Linux

剛把 ubuntu8.04 裝到我的usb隨身碟中

我是在內接硬碟全拔除的狀況下安裝的

重開後就出現以下內容

minimal bash-like line editing is supported ,for the first word ,tab lists
possible command completions ,anywher else Tab lists the possible completions
of a device /filename

grub >

似乎是找不到menu.lst


而在此命令列下輸入 root (hd0,0) 卻出現找不到裝置

試了其他好幾個也一樣找不到

而使用 find 下去找某個應該要存在的檔案也是找不到

就好像隨身碟沒有掛載上去一樣


請問前輩們有什麼解決方法嗎?
