hp C3180 的安裝問題 - 印表機

如題

電腦是很少用的 Windows Me

在安裝 hp photosmart C3180的安裝光碟時出現以下錯誤:

Can not run Unicode version of ATL71.DLL on Windows95,

Windows98 or Windows Me. Please install the ANSI version.

然後部分軟體安裝失敗 目前知道掃描功能因此不能用


安裝的光碟確定是給Windows系列 包含Me

官網的疑難排除沒找到解答

所以來這裡看看有沒有高手可以回答
