but I can't find ctfmon.exe in win8.1

How do I fix it ?

系統支不支持中文字體？有的話就上官網抓微軟注音輸
入法，英文應該是zuyin?

我的mb是半年前買的微星970a g43 plus 都正常使用，但前天無法開機。無畫面，連bios都進不去... 但螢幕黑屏右下角顯示99 後來我把HDD拆掉，只留SSD系統碟。就可以正常開機，原本以為是傳統硬碟壞了，後來拿 去檢測，但跟我說沒壞，也沒壞軌... 就拿回來再測試。已經試過換SATA線 ...
