iPad使用Word的問題 - iOS

問題描述：
目前使用的是iPad air 4 搭配藍牙鍵盤，
使用Office365中的Excel Powerpoint，輸入文字時可以正常顯示，如下圖：

但是使用Word時，會無法顯示選字前輸入的文字，如下圖：

將Word app刪除並重安裝後，問題仍然存在，請問有沒有板友有同樣的狀況並解決呢？
