1. 首先 在此鄭重向原PO致歉

我第一時間選擇相信順豐 而去質疑消費者

造成原PO憤怒及失望

經大家回應討論

確實極有可能是順豐宅配未依本公司指示先電話聯繫

造成消費者沒有辦法及時將產品交付給宅配人員


我們一直都努力用最快的方式服務消費者

也都會標註"電話聯繫"等應注意事項

而運費當然都由本公司承擔 此為商業的最基本要求

很抱歉這次沒有達到原PO的期望

本人明日將立刻向順豐反映 並考慮未來更好的退貨政策



2. 再者 很抱歉產品無法滿足原PO期待

我們正在努力開發更好的產品中

大家的意見也一直都有回報給美國原廠

美國原廠也很樂意聆聽大家的意見



3. 我們尊重消費者的權利

只要在合法合理範圍內都會讓消費者行使退換貨權力

給原po一個建議,只要是人,一定會有偷懶有疏失,一定會
有不照sop做的時候,今天客人反應了這個問題,代表是有
發生(也有可能是誤會),首先要確認相關作業人員是否
遵照sop,而不是第一時間一直推卸責任,「以往順風都會
電聯」這種話感覺就是推卸責任,這樣給人很不好的觀感,
客服的意義也消失了

更何況物流人員水平素質落差極大 消費者通常第一感受都
會是直接找購買品牌方 不會有人直接找物流 所以自己
真的要好好檢視自己的合作物流商的問題

給您參考:買iphoneX的時候也是順豐配送,查貨況的時候
看到上面寫著「配送不成功,已和客戶確認1小時後再配送
」。但我根本沒接到電話更不可能跟他約好...打客服去問
之後客服給了我配送先生的電話,也先幫我打電話去問過,
得到的結論是可能他不小心按到回報了吧 呵呵
