L850記憶體卡不住 - 筆電

前天剛買了NB-SHOPPING版大家大推的L850
用起來是感覺還不錯，雖然有時有點頓。
玩名將列傳玩一段時間會跳出來，不過LOL就超順
然後因為有送一個4G記憶體要自己安裝，裝之前我也爬了好多文
結果打開背蓋用了半小時好不如意才裝下去，悲劇來了
旁邊那個要卡住的既然卡不住！！
但我還開機試試看，還是有讀到那個記憶體。
我現在面臨的問題是
1.我應該退貨嗎(還在7天內，但因為我自己很喜歡這台，又沒貨了，所以不太想退，而且
又很害怕是自己安裝的問題......不知道可不可以退)
2.直接送維修
3.不管他，讓他維持在這個在半空卡不進去的狀態=(
麻煩版上各位我解答一下~
