people will probably be downloading it at the same time, which may or may not
cause traffic issues. If you're not having any luck, wait a little while and

大意是說，依據過去經驗，時間會是在美國太平洋時間凌晨 3 點起更新。

也就是說，依據時差換算，「最快」也要等到臺灣時間下午 6 點才會出現更新，

當然最慢就是臺灣時間明天中午 12 點也要出現更新選項了。
