中華2G升4G方案問題 - 手機討論

如題,家中還有一老文盲,只肯用按鍵式手機,上月壞了有幫他買支新nokia208用
他有支中華10年門號有寄單要2G升4G,我想說用這方案來幫我自己換支手機當年終
這次的固定條件:一定要中華電信(無np),資費88-188簽3年,預算3000上下手機
小的有幾個疑問還請知道的大大幫回一下:
1.看中華網路dm都沒sony/3星手機,若去地標辦2G升4G方案,選sony/3星手機可以嗎?
去地標辦這方案有比去直營辦優惠嗎?有沒還需要繳什預繳之類的??
2.雙卡手機我有個line的疑問,若用雙卡手機(4g/3g),line可以用2個嗎?(工作/私人)
一支雙卡的手機可以直接互切line嗎? 這是我心中的長久疑問....
3.家人有支家樂福電信0月租的,也用2年了吧,這好像都是2G不知有沒要強制換
因為家樂福電信用的好像是中華的基地台,但看官網沒寫要強迫換?
家人也想把它升3G,請問np那家的資費最便宜又能選0元手機?(只接沒在打)
