六年的電腦升級或更新 - 3C

目前使用的電腦配備如下：
CPU： AMD Athlon 64, 2000 MHz (10 x 200) 3200+
主機板：Asus M2NPV-MX
視訊卡：NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GS
硬碟： WD 200GB、WD500GB
Power： 海韻 SS330-HB
RAM： 威剛 DDR2-667 512MB、DDR2-800 1GB
音效： 外接USB DAC
配備都是六年前用到現在的，已經有點老舊，
系統還是老舊的XP；
因為最近在開網頁開始有點當機，如果開facebook就整個當掉，
所以想要開始更新配備、重灌新系統。
請問如果想要升級的話，建議先從哪邊開始升級呢?
平常就是用來文書處理、聽音樂、看電影、網頁遊戲、
偶爾安裝小遊戲、極少安裝大型遊戲(前幾年玩過的就只有NBA2K系列)。
預算希望能不超過7K...
再麻煩大家幫我看看，謝謝...
