摩根大通喊:比特幣公允價38000、比當前高28%;數位資產取代房產成首選另類資產
《Market Insider》報導,全球最大投資銀行摩根大通(JPMorgan Chase)在週三(25)
發佈的一份報告中稱,他們認為 38,000 美元是比特幣(BTC)的公允價格(這比它截稿
前的價格 29,704 美元高出 28%),而這也意味著在加密貨幣市場近期面臨大幅拋售後「
有顯著的上漲空間」。
以 Nikolaos Panigirtzoglou 為首的銀行策略師團隊在報告中指出:
與去年 1 、 2 月時相比,過去一個月的加密貨幣市場修正看起來更像是投降拋售
(capitulation)。
展望未來,我們更普遍地看到了比特幣和加密市場的上行空間。
數位資產已取代房地產成另類資產類別首選
年初以來,聯準會轉採鷹派態度縮緊貨幣政策以打擊高居不下的通膨,俄烏戰爭的爆發以
及中國的經濟放緩導致眾多投資者放棄較高風險的資產,具高波動性的加密貨幣市場總市
值已從去年 11 月時的 3 兆美元腰斬至當前的 1.26 兆美元,兩大主流幣今年迄今也大
幅失血,比特幣今年下跌了近 36%,而以太幣則跌超 47%。
據《Coindesk》,摩根大通在報告中寫道,「公開市場已經消化了顯著的衰退風險,並且
數位資產在 Terra USD (UST)崩盤後已大幅重新定價,但私募股權、私募債和房地產等
一些另類資產似乎有些滯後。」
因此,我們用數位資產取代房地產作為我們首選的另類資產類別。
策略師表示儘管 Terra 的急劇崩盤打擊了產業情緒,但這為長期投資者提供了一個「良
好的切入點」。
避免類似於 2018~2019 年的「漫長熊市」的關鍵將是風險投資資金,到目前為止,幾乎
沒有證據表明對對加密貨幣的風險投資已經枯竭。
同時指出,其他穩定幣並沒有太大的外溢效應,除 Terra 以外的 DeFi 項目鎖定的總價
值「相對具有彈性」。
儘管摩根大通將加密貨幣作為另類資產首選,但該行表示他們現在不太熱衷於另類資產,
將其評級從之前的「增持」調整為「減持」。他們預計傳統資產在未來一年的回報率為
12%,而另類資產僅為 10%。
