DRAM供不應求，記憶體廠南科(2408-TW)總經理高啟全表示，未來3年DRAM缺貨情形將逐年
增加，預估2013年將缺3%，2014年缺5%，2015年缺7%，甚至3年後也有缺貨疑慮。
高啟全今(18)日在台北南港展覽館舉行的「2013年海峽兩岸智能電視產業合作研討會」發
表演說，他說，DRAM供貨吃緊，價格每天上漲，主要的原因就是人類行為的改變，現在人
手一支行動裝置，而行動的革命才剛起步，因此，未來3年DRAM將嚴重缺貨。
高啟全說，缺貨對南科來說，好消息，因為DRAM進入門檻高，幾乎可以用「不能進入」來
形容，因此，業者就算現在想加入分食大餅，絕對不可能，而南科是惟一華人可提供DRAM
的公司，因此，未來南科營運情形將會愈來愈好。
