購買iPhone7與iPhone SE的抉擇 - iOS

我確定問問題前我有爬過文、查閱過精華區與置底，我真的找不到我問題的解答。
我保證我的問題和盜版沒有任何關係，若以上有虛假，版主可逕行處分
發問請附上iOS版本、機種等相關資訊，方便板友判斷問題所在喔

目前使用5S，自認輕度使用者，目前IOS升到11也還蠻習慣的。
工作用到微信、LINE，假日出遊會拍照和用地圖定位找路，偶爾玩一下爐石戰記。
其實5S我覺得夠用了，但螢幕前端翹起好一陣子了，雖沒異常但總有些疙瘩。
本想換7，但賣店握實機覺得略大不順手，於是有些猶豫。
想請較幾項問題來做最後決定：
1.拍照上換se是否會有明顯升級，又7相對se有沒有明顯進步?
2.GPS定位看討論都說7會飄需要開WIFI，那se的定位是沒問題?
3.裸機使用時，7的後鏡頭凸起是否容易刮傷?
因為想在年底出遊前購買，所以未知的SE2就不列入考量了
