我的電腦出現藍色畫面

Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components,

Beginning dump of physical memory.
請問一下我該如何解決?!
有時候會跑出來 我從開機之後電腦可以正常運作
但過一段時間又會出現
